We can all benefit from cataloging lessons learned. Every project should include a lessons learned component. The lessons should be reviewed with the entire packaging organization on some kind of regular basis and as a result (over time) you will see improved commercialization or you may see less people. This is a living document - all about knowledge sharing and enhancing capability.
